Services may include space planning, kitchen/bath design, lighting layout, paint/palette selections, materials & finishes, doors and windows selections, drafting, landscape/hardscape, contractor and subcontractor coordination… Clients may choose to include full furnishings, accessories, and fine art curation services, for a complete project FF&E (Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment). 

For clients who would like to work together in furnishing their full home, a particular room or a commercial area, this in-depth design service involves site visits, floor plans, concept, revisions, and a fully itemized selections list. Rugs, curated accessories styling and artwork are included, lighting can be added as well.  

“Design in a Box” services can be applied to a single room or several rooms. We discuss room usage, stylistic preferences and visit the site to take measurements. The client then receives a floor plan, paint/color palette, digital concept design boards, and a furnishings and accessories “shopping list”. The shopping list includes products that can easily be ordered by the client and provides up to two options for each item needed. “Design in a Box” projects are quoted with a flat fee per room, based on quantity of rooms, room size, budget and bespoke elements requested. 

An entirely virtual “Design in a Box” experience, this alternative involves a phone discussion of the client’s needs and stylistic preferences, as well as photos and measurements of the room provided by the client.

Design Consultation services are offered on an hourly basis, and are ideal for clients who prefer to implement their project themselves. A client may need assistance to revitalize a portion of their room, pulling together an overall style for their home or business, or require conceptual assistance in starting their remodeling project. Our knowledge, thoughtful approach and experience will provide the guidance necessary to help your project shine.
